Biomatny Floor Coating is a referral service. We connect homeowners in St. Paul, MN and the St. Paul area with independent providers. These are people planning epoxy garage floors, concrete coating, polyaspartic finishes and custom floor finishes. If you run a coating business, joining our network can put those calls in front of you.

This is not a job. Biomatny Floor Coating does not hire employees or crews. You stay independent, run your own schedule and set your own prices.

Who Fits the Network

We look for providers who:

• run their own licensed and insured business, as local rules require
• work on garage, basement or other concrete floors
• can handle seasonal swings, including cold winters and humid summers
• may also offer related flooring, such as hardwood flooring installation

Small shops and larger outfits are both welcome to apply.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us to compare. That means your quotes need to hold up beside others. We ask providers to:

• give clear written quotes that list prep, materials and labor
• explain their process in plain language
• be honest about timing, weather and slab condition
• answer calls and messages in a respectful way
• make no promises they cannot keep

Providers who skip prep to win on price are not a good match for this network.
